We Know Landscaping

We are proud to have one of the most extensive education and continuing education programs in the state. We hold weekly training sessions with our entire staff, covering every area that affects our business, from customer service to planting. Every employee takes advantage of in-house training sessions, outside classes and seminars to complete a required number of training hours each year. Our written installation and horticultural processes ensure that every job we do is done the same way every time to our stringent standards. Our standards meet, and most often exceed, the national standards set by the Professional Landcare Network.

We encourage our people to earn certifications that not only improve the professionalism of our industry but also give our customers the assurance that they’re working with the best and that every job we do will be exceptionally and impeccably done. Our staff includes four Certified Plant Professionals (CPP), and a Certified Landscape Professional (CLP). We encourage our employees to learn and grow by helping them prepare for these certification exams. We also cover the cost of these certifications. Our goal is to continually add certified people to our team and to help our team members continue to grow and develop.
